Its fast growing b2b platform connects photographers and companies intelligently across Europe and in the next step will serve as an AI-enabled infrastructure to host photos and videos for companies. As great visual content is the number one revenue driver online, especially in the travel, real estate and food industry, we have been enabled to grow rapidly over the last 20 months. Now it is time for the next step.

Position

• You lead a cross-functional team of 7-10 members following agile values and principles
• You work closely with Product Owner, CEO, CTO, and other company leaders
• You take an active part in planning architecture, infrastructure, product & tech roadmap
• You facilitate continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices
• You contribute your efforts and energy into mentoring and growing your team members
• You drive a lean, holistic approach to the product development promoting an attitude of experimentation and innovation
• You are actively participating in hiring and budgeting processes

Your qualification

• Bachelor / Master in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant industry experience
• 7+ years of hands-on professional experience with at least a few years on leadership roles
• You have practical experience of building "cloud-native” applications (preferably on AWS)
• You are proficient in out tech stack (Node, React, Serverless, MongoDB, GraphQL, AWS)
• You understand the principles of DevOps, AWSOps, CI/CD and IaC
• You have practical experience working with Distributed Systems, Streaming APIs, Message Queues, Distributed Transactions
• You understand DDD, EventSourcing, Eventual Consistency and CQRS
• You demonstrate a startup mentality, high level of autonomy, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills
• You have a hobby and willing to tell us about it
• You are fluent in English. Any other language is a plus
