Position
We are the second-largest furniture retailer in Europe with 10+ brands. With us, you will operate highly complex ecommerce platforms across multiple European markets to drive our online presence further. You will join 100 IT colleagues hailing from more than 20 nations in our newly opened, spacious Berlin office, which oversees our entire IT operations for all of Europe.
What you will do
- Manage a team of developers of one of our Ecommerce applications
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Coordinate tasks & roadmap with other product owners, marketing and data engineering units
- Present your squad with a purpose for their work - why are we doing what we are doing? What are the expected business values?
Main requirements
- 3+ years of working as Product Owner, managing agile development teams
- Experience leading a team of Frontend Developers
- Great organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a demanding environment, whilst juggling multiple priorities
- Leadership and cooperation skills, ability to motivate people for a task without being a formal manager
- Effective written and verbal communication in English
Nice to have
- Ecommerce experience
- Programming background
- Understanding of UI/UX
- German language skills
