Position

Your mission

GotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic IT Lead to join our IT Operations Team in Berlin to ensure smoother IT Operations processes.

Our business is growing and so is our team: we will have around 200 employees, distributed over 5 countries, by the end of 2024.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the internal IT - IT support, onboardings, devices, licenses, and contracts

• Together with the CTO prioritise improvements of the company’s IT & Security setup and execute these projects

• Be responsible from IT side for company-wide initiatives regarding compliance in collaboration with the Finance, HR, Legal and Tech teams

• Coordinate the work of external service providers in the area of IT and Security

• Own and optimize the budget for licenses of the company-wide tools

Your qualification

• Experience in the daily operations of the internal IT

• Exposure to or concrete experience in some of the relevant IT security and compliance topics: MDM and device management, user permissions management, selecting providers and executing IT certifications and penetration tests, and supporting IT audits.

• Good experience in executing company-wide IT projects involving stakeholders from all relevant business functions.

• (Optional) experience in implementing Security Awareness programs 

• (Optional) experience in implementing IT risk management systems
