Position

The User Research team has one goal: To bring the customers into our product: understanding behaviour, attitudes, and needs. You will join a truly outstanding, ambitious, and talented research team. The team is defined by their values: acceptance, authenticity, and openness.

It’s hard to find a more diverse skill set than the one you’ll find in the Design team: UX Writing , Product Design, Brand Design and User Research of course.

What you will do

• Provide leadership, direction and mentorship for our User Research team members; leading strategic and product oriented thinking across diverse releases, platforms and devices
• Coordinate the international User Research strategy across the different countries (FR, EN, DE, and more to come
• Partaking in the better understanding of Doctolib’s users : from patients to health professionals, and including medical secretaries
• On a daily basis, you will be in charge of accompanying the product, marketing and strategy teams by providing both qualitative and quantitative studies crafted directly in the contact of the users 
• You will be in charge of testing prototypes both before and after the development (Methodology, recruitment, tests, insight collection and analysis, reporting) to make sure the solutions that have been designed answer correctly the problem we identified

Your qualification

You could be our next team mate if you:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in User Research / UX Research / Product Management
• Team Management skills and excite to share your knowledge to other team members and the whole company
• Has (ideally) already worked in a tech / product company
• Displays a unparallelled sense of empathy
• Masters to perfection the desktop tools as well as simple data analysis
• You have a strong team spirit and a dedicated team player 
• You are comfortable in the debate and explaining your choices
• Dovetail, Figma are part of your toolbox

Will be a plus

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

• You adapt quickly to change and embrace it in the fast phase and agile environment
• You can build trustworthy rapport with your partners and stakeholders
• You know how to plan, analyze, synthesize, formulate and present your work in a clear and convincing way
• You are a fluent speaker in English. If you also speak French, German or Italian, it would be a plus!

About the remote policy at Doctolib

As of October 2021, we provide 3 working modes:

• Remote: you work remotely and meet your team at the office once a month
• Hybrid: you work remotely 2 to 3 days per week and from the office on the other days
• Office-based: you work from the office
