Position

Albelli is looking for a .NET Software Developer who will strengthen their team in continuously improving their World Class Manufacturing solutions. 

A Plant IT Tech Lead will lead a small team of developers, located at our Nanteuil-le-Haudouin manufacturing plant and are part of the overall Manufacturing Software team, with locations in Amsterdam and The Hague. The team contributes to the continuous development of a state of the art Plant Platform and performs 1st line support on infrastructure, network and office support for the plant.

The Manufacturing Software team is an agile team composed of multiple squads. Together they are responsible for the automation of our manufacturing enterprises in Europe, Japan and India. This manufacturing system uses optimized algorithms to deliver over 70K individual products per day at 60% gross margins.

Currently the team are working on migrating the Nanteuil-le-Haudouin IT platform to the custom software suite.

Your qualification

• Advanced skills in developing distributed back-end systems in .NET (C#)
• Solid experience with Microsoft web technologies (ASP.NET MVC or Web API) and SQL Server/ORM frameworks
• You are a true engineer with a sharp analytical mind, you create high-quality, robust, simple, modular, flexible and maintainable software 
• Good communication skills, you are smart, savvy, quick, pro-active and get things done
• You are fluent in French and English
• You have strong coaching and mentoring skills and enjoy growing your team members to their full capacity
• You enjoy cross-team and cross-location collaboration and are willing to travel
