Position
External technical documentation has become an ever-important part of Veriff's offering. Our API, Webhooks and SDKs are used by some of the most notable companies in FinTech, Mobility and Crypto sectors. We are looking for an experienced wordsmith to take our communication with clients' engineers to a next level.
You’ll help us protect honest people online by:
- Developing comprehensive documentation for client-facing technical documentation, including but not limited to APIs, Webhooks, SDKs, and another integration tooling
- Gaining a deep understanding of Veriff client offering to translate complex product information into comprehensive and consistent content
- Evaluate current content and consistently work on improving it
Your qualification
- 2+ years experience as Technical Writer in the software industry, writing technical documentation for an engineering audience
- Experience working with product organization and engineering to improve the user experience of documentation: design, UI, and help refine content and create diagrams for external content
- Portfolio of work and/or writing samples of technical documentation
You’re an especially awesome match if you have:
- Experience working with(in) Agile software development teams
- Experience working in a technical startup company
- Experience in prioritizing and understanding the lifecycle of documentation from pre-release through ongoing maintenance
