Position

• Be part of the Quality team located in Nakskov
• Be responsible for managing non-conformities and conducting audits
• Develop and maintain Quality dashboards and data analyses
• Proactively implement Quality awareness tools and conduct training
• CR and IC management
• Conduct layer process audits
• Proactively identify and propose improvement opportunities
• Create data overview
• Support PQMs in data analysis
• KPI reporting
• Quality problem-solving tools
• Train new employees
• Deploy changes
• Develop and maintain quality procedures

Your qualification

• 3+ years of experience working in a Quality role 
• A relevant engineering degree, preferable at a master’s level (e.g. mechanical, materials or production-based)
• Eperience from a manufacturing department
• You pay attention to detail and you can design, run and evaluate trials and prepare the appropriate technical reports
• You have knowledge of ISO 9001
• Good communication skills
• You are an expert in CA & PA handling
• Experience with various Quality tools (APQP-PPAP, SPC, MSA, GD&T, NDT, etc.)
• Good data management skills and IT knowledge (AX, Windchill, CRM, etc.)
