Xena’s Vulcan Layer 4-7 product line is used for stateful end-to-end testing of network appliances incl. switches, firewalls, routers, NAT routers, proxies, load-balances, bandwidth shapers and more.

Position

Xena is looking for an Embedded SW Developer who will participate in all phases of product development: requirement definition, design, implementation, test and support. You will also be expected to improve the working processes and tool chain within SW development to enhance the productivity and quality of the platform overall. You will have a key position in a small team where you plan and structure your own tasks. You will be working with the latest technology for fast packet processing involving frequent products releases.

Your qualification

• An engineering candidate or bachelor’s degree in electronics, or a similar technical background
• Preferably more than 5 years’ experience developing embedded SW or you could be a “golden” newly graduated candidate with SW Development experience
• Experience in designing and developing embedded software
• Experience in programming in C/C++ in a Linux environment
• Experience in implementation of network protocols e.g. TCP / IP, HTTP
• It is important you have experience from data communication
• Good at writing and speaking English

  • Intel DPDK framework
• Experience in Virtualization of Linux server applications
