You will be influencing and solving problems to help product teams and engineering leadership to craft a connected, seamless, personalised, and automated marketing ecosystem through an interconnected set products, services and platforms.
We are looking for a real evangelist who will be designing and Building an API economy for our products and external users, in an agile way that ensures loose coupling but with tight alignment.
Principal engineers at the LEGO Group are deeply connected across our entire technology ecosystem and role models to our growing engineering organsiaiton. Being part of this small community provides the ability to have a high degree of influence over our technology choices and overall architecture while also maintain an active role in building some of the solutions. It’s a broad role with a varied set of responsibilities and accountabilities.

This cluster of products is responsible for the LEGO Groups marketing ecosystem – from our loyalty platform through to the foundations that enable a consistent, transparent and deeply consented profile of our users that enables a deeper personalised connection with each person.
The product teams also span our internal tools that enable effective marketing planning and insights across our channels and the management and activation of our contact and engagement centers to provide exceptional engagement levels.
We want a colleague who excels in communication and coding and simply loves exciting products and engages our peers and partners with the right approach.
You’re an excellent problem solver who is not fixed on technology but looks at how to craft the best solution. You love a technical challenge and filling in the dots to ensure that all requirements are understood and then delivered (without perfecting the plan before building it!).
We must admit that it would not hurt to also be confident within Salesforce marketing and service cloud products, customer data platforms, advertising technology and web application engineering, but this is not a must.
