Position

Talentiir is recruiting on behalf of Risika for an Experienced Backend Developer.

We are looking for a Backend Developer based out of Copenhagen (remote is also an option) that of course has the right experience and skills to take Risika to the next level as well as having a “we” approach to your job is an absolute must. Perfect, you are on board with that as well. Let’s dive a bit deeper into the role.

We would like you to

• Enjoy brainstorming and take new ideas and put them into action
• Have experience with fintech or broad range of experience with tech products
• Research & develop, maintain and test data pipelines and REST API with the latest technologies and development techniques
• Work in close collaboration with Frontend and Data Science teams
• Be a people-centric Backend Developer that takes pride in constructive feedback, development of peers, pushing status quo and living up to Risika's virtues
• Be comfortable with being on a scale-up journey where the job can be very dynamic

Your qualification

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Solid experience with Python (v. 3.7+), SQL databases and Docker as well as basic knowledge about Linux, Bash, SSH and git
• It's an advantage if you have experience with Airflow & CI/CD
• A driven approach to your work and being okay with taking responsibility
• The ability to think outside the box and identify opportunities
• An open minded approach to coaching and willingness to learn new things
• Strong interpersonal skills and excels at relationship building and collaboration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

You’ll probably have some other topics and ideas that needs to be solved and that’s why the above bullets are what Risika imagine the main focus would be but they expect that you lay down the cards and help them understand what they need to focus on to achieve their goals.
