Position

Creative Lead in Marketing team at SYBO is someone who loves Performance Marketing and thrives on combining creativity and analytics.

This is a unique chance to have an impact on a leading mobile game studio while working with highly passionate colleagues. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of performance marketing ads for different mobile networks and social media channels
• App Store Optimisation of all of our self published titles, from concept phase to ongoing management
• Analyse competitor activity via tools such as App Annie and do other extensive market research
• Build a Performance Marketing Creative team you can lead going forward

Your qualification

• Strong understanding of the mobile games market place, the funnel between ads, app store page and the product
• Ability to devise a long-term creative strategy, that is easily adaptable and can be pivoted based on the results seen
• Creative quality control and understanding of the basics in performance marketing creative engagement and KPI's
• Experience working with externals, especially creative agencies
• A strong analytical skillset that can bring creative and analytics together
• Strong art background to help out the production if needed
• Experience with managing a team
• A friendly and trustworthy personality who is confident and business savvy
