Position
Are you ready to get your hands dirty? That is how it is when you are an embedded software architect at OJ Electronics. We are on the lookout for a visionary character, who is not satisfied with just being a 'slideware architect'. If that sounds like you, we have the perfect job opportunity.
We are already looking forward welcoming you as our new embedded software architect. You will be a huge contributor to the development of our great products. Products, that makes us able to call ourselves a successful and recognised manufacturer of electronic products.
Typical tasks:
You will be developing the product vision and software architecture with your team based on input from customers and product managers. You will also be assisting the team in coding the architecture and in document requirements, architecture and design. Another task will be conducting workshops with customers and have a supporting role in quality assurance. Furthermore, you facilitate and continuously improve the software development processes and tools with an agile and lean mind-set.

Your qualification
A software or electronics engineer with understanding of embedded systems and experience with C and C++, ideally also with embedded Linux. You know how to use Git and Git Flow together with CI and CD tools, and you master unit testing and automated tests. Experience with scrum teams is also a required skill, so is proficiency in English both in writing and orally. Candidates with proficiency in Danish will be preferred. It is prerequisite that you have minimum 5 years experience in working with embedded systems as a developer or preferably as an embedded system architect.
