We are looking for a cloud transformation lead to be the trusted advisor and to guide our customers through the cloud journey and to lead the sprints and projects for new and existing customers.

Responsibilities
You will help our customers discover the full business potential by leading the cloud portfolio dialogue with them. With your interest in the IT and cloud business and your natural strive you understand the customers’ value chain in order to deliver to customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities:
You will lead the transformation journey according to the NNIT Cloud Transformation Model - no matter if it is done agile or in a more classic project management approach - and lead our customers’ adoption of cloud service and solutions through all phases and tracks, backlogs and sprints, and with strategic leadership.
Last, but not least, you will ensure involvement and communicate on all relevant levels at the customer and internally at NNIT. We want to build cloud services and solutions and deliver according to scope and plan to create the expected business value.
If you know or have been leading cloud transformation journeys in a cloud adoption framework and have experience in establishing and maturing CCoE it is a definite plus.
As a person you establish good relations very fast and you know your way around the business. You see opportunities where others may see challenges and you know how and where to direct your communication. You are open-minded and enjoy intellectual sparring and knowledge sharing.
You are analytical and see the bigger picture. You can set the direction and can lead by motivation. You are a constant and fast learner. You must have good English skills both orally and in writing.
