Development of systems for student administration and global science projects
Your focus is to support DTU to further develop the position as a globally recognised elite university. Your solution-oriented approach will enable administering relations to approx. 11,500 students and to support world-class science projects that involves thousands of partners, globally.
Apart from supporting the education of the Engineers of tomorrow, you will also contribute to solve some of the biggest challenges in the history of mankind, such as the development of environmentally friendly and bio sustainable fertilizers and pesticides with the potential of totally changing farming world-wide.
The foundation for your work is our Dynamics CRM platform and you will unfold your skills from smaller local solutions to major and global solutions by utilizing the latest technologies. A good example of one of the future fields of interest that you will play a role in, is Azure cloud. Your primary tasks will involve:
Naturally, you will also be in close dialogue with the customers in various business areas, Architects and System Managers in relation to development and design of solutions.
We are looking for a colleague with the ability to work independently and self-managed whilst taking responsibility within the team as a true team player. As such, you must be able to drive your own tasks forward and deliver as agreed and at the same time share your ideas and experiences in the team – and be curious on learning new stuff. Related to this, you must thrive in an environment with on-going changes across technologies, organisation etc. You are customer-oriented and have an overview of technologies that enable solutions to meet the customers’ needs and requirements. Your new team
You will join a super well-functioning and harmonic team of four developers, a system Manager and a system integrator at the DTU main Campus in Lyngby, Copenhagen. Our work is founded on the strategy “IT centered on humans” and we aim to have a 70/30 split between development tasks and time for optimisations and personal development.
We have no manager in the team, meaning that we work independently and with maximum flexibility. This also means that we can only succeed if all of us contribute, by sharing ideas and knowledge.
