Custimy.io is the most accessible all-in-one Customer Data Platform software for small and medium-sized B2C E-commerce businesses.
We enable you to customise personalisation similar to enterprises through our Customer Data Platform. E-commerce is struggling to combine the forces behind personalisation which is consolidating, processing and analysing customer data to activate personalisation. Responsibilities
- Work closely with the development team to provide early feedback and test new features
- Define and implement testing strategies
- Work with Product, Design and Tech Management to identify and validate requirements, risks and produce test plans
- Execute on test plans to improve the stability, confidence and velocity of the development process
- Help expand our testing tool-kits and capabilities
- Shape feature documentation and ensure company-spread know-how
- Consolidate customer feedback and stay on the pulse of our user-base
Your qualification
- A fundamental curiosity in how applications are built, maintained and used
- Detail-oriented, used to creating systematic approaches and processes
- Good understanding of user flows and use-cases
- Technically adept, experience working with databases
- Great written and verbal skills
- Good understanding of regression, unit, feature, stress testing etc.
- Aspirations to grow with the role as the company grows
