Core Responsibilities
- Co-create and communicate the architecture vision and goals that serves as a direction and governance for product teams and developers
- Steer the continued evolution of our Capability Model and Product Structure with a broad view, building bridges between business and technology departments
- Commit to complexity reduction and increased value from technology by entertaining re-use of applications and technology components
- Provide guardrails that act as enabling constraints while mitigating unwanted business risk
- Drive continual improvement of the federated architecture practice
- Measure and track progress on architecture to ensure we are delivering the intent of the strategy

As an Enterprise Architect, you secure a clear line of sight from the corporate strategy to required technology enabled business capabilities and supporting technologies.
You engage with stakeholders across different business areas with a special focus on Product Design and Development. Through this engagement you shape and drive joint planning and execution to ensure that we build the digital business platform that provides real business options not limited by technology choices.
Your qualification
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate is a good communicator able to convey complex technical concepts and align decisions with partners of all levels of expertise and at all organizational levels. Whilst technical knowledge and experience is needed, it is equally important that you realize how current and future needs will affect both business and technology architecture.
Candidates may come from various environments, preferably within the industry sectors Consumer Goods, Consumer Electronics, Media & Entertainment and/or a consulting background in this space.
We expect you to bring experience within:
- Enterprise architecture e.g., Agile architecture delivery, architecture principles design, strategy and business models, IT industry standards, systems behavior
- Information architecture e.g., enterprise data modeling, standards, privacy & compliance
- Agile product development, with specific focus on architecture leadership and governance
- Solving complex challenges and/or running large initiatives that span multiple organizations and business units
- Applying business knowledge of New Product Design & Introduction processes including supporting technologies
