The Data Platform teams is responsible for the LEGO wide data and analytics platforms supporting all users and product teams. The department consists of specialists building, optimizing, running and operating the data platforms and also building customized data tools. The role is based in Billund, Denmark, but for the right candidate we would also be open to UK as a location.

We are looking to create unifying technology choices and one strong data platform that creates a seamless and self-serving experience for our colleagues.
As part of this role, you will:
From a functional perspective, we imagine you have a combined background between Engineering, Data Science and leadership and have worked with both on-prem and cloud solutions.
You have a strategic mindset and know how to stay on strategy. You are skilled in change management, open to new approaches, patient with people and you have excellent interpersonal skills.
As a leader, you know how to ensure your team is motivated and enabled to succeed and you inspire people to follow you, not by dictating or controlling but thanks to your skill in your craft.
5+ years of work experience.
