BESTSELLER is an international, family-owned fashion company with a strong foundation. With a range of more than 20 individual fashion brands, BESTSELLER provides fashion clothing and accessories for both women, men, teenagers and children.
BESTSELLER strives for a sustainable development in the fashion industry by developing suppliers in a more sustainable direction and inspiring customers to make more conscious choices by offering more sustainable products. BESTSELLER has no ownership interests in the production chain but cooperates with selected suppliers primarily in China, India, Bangladesh, Turkey and Italy.
You will join our cross-functional Scrum team, consisting of highly skilled and professional colleagues. In the Vendor Portal team, we have end-to-end responsibility for the sourcing processes across BESTSELLER, and as our new Backend Developer, your responsibility will be to develop great solutions closely together with the team. We aim to build a portal, which facilitates all of BESTSELLER’s sourcing needs with different parties in a way that improves efficiency and transparency. On a daily basis, we serve more than 40.000 external users across the globe.
You will join a team where teamwork and social interactions are highly prioritized! We will ensure that you are thoroughly onboarded to the team, and you can expect a steep development curve with a world of opportunities within our large IT organisation.
You have experience with fullstack development and knowledge of agile frameworks. But most importantly, we are looking for a colleague, who is genuinely excited by the opportunity to join a great team in an ambitious organisation and influence the future of an international business. You deliver clean code of high quality and thrive in an environment that rests on the principle of ‘you build it, you own it’.
Desired qualifications:
You will primarily be based either in Aarhus or Brande with 1-2 days a week in the other office.
