Position

Our new Head of Product will lead the Activation team, the team responsible for our entire onboarding experience, from the moment they visit the app or web funnel to when they activate their subscription to one of our products. This person will build and scale our onboarding experience across multiple products, building an impressive and direct impact in Welltech’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of 3 Product Managers, fostering their growth and development.
Own the entire customer onboarding experience for our core apps, focusing on optimizing the journey from initial engagement to successful subscription activation.
Develop and execute a product vision and strategy for onboarding and growth, collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams.
Build upon our existing strong product foundation, identifying opportunities for further scaling and improvement.
Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, app store review scores, average order value, and the share of new customers who remain subscribed for at least three payment cycles.
Identify and develop strategies for expanding into new customer segments (geo-expansion and new user profiles)
Lead the experimentation and iteration process, leveraging our significant marketing budget and traffic to gather data and optimize the product experience.

Your qualification

Proven track record of leading product teams, with strong customer facing experience in B2C products, ideally in the subscription space and within a high-growth environment.
Demonstrated experience in leading and developing product managers.
Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive product strategy.
Ability to connect customer needs with business objectives and translate them into effective product solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ego-less approach and a focus on open communication and feedback.
A strong agile mindset, comfortable with constant iteration, data collection, and continuous learning.
