At FxPro, we see each team member as an integral part of our success story. As a Senior System Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our trading systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system functionalities
• Design and propose technical solutions that align with FxPro's business objectives and technology strategy
• Develop detailed system specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts to guide developers
• Work closely with development teams to oversee the implementation of system solutions
• Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure and platforms

Your qualification

• 5+ years experience in a similar role, with 2 years experience working in mobile teams
• Expertise in analyzing and documenting requirements for mobile and web applications
• Experienced in creating detailed system specifications, wireframes, diagrams, and flowcharts
• Proficient in creating comprehensive technical documentation
• Proficient in responsive design and system architecture
• Skilled in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party API integration
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles
• Fluent in English, Russian will be an advantage
• Knowledge of trading systems will be an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
• Analytical thinking and data analysis skills
