Position

• Coordinates management team in order to identify staffing needs and conduct workforce planning
• Actively participates in and ensures implementation of the attraction, selection and induction process
• Conducts job analyses
• Determines selection criteria and designs relevant assessment tools / interview guides for each position and ensures that management is aware and trained to administer them
• Coordinates with Marketing on media plans for recruitment campaigns and employer branding
• Attends career fairs
• Sources potential candidates through various online and offline channels and advises management on hiring
• Fosters a network of long - term strategic partners(recruitment agencies, professional associations, academic institutions, etc.) for recruitment needs
• Handles all legal and employment procedures for new members of the team
• Stays up to date with changes related with the HR field
• Acts as a Brand Ambassador of the company

Your qualification

• University Degree in Human Resources Management
• Minimum of 3 - year working experience in recruitment and selection preferably in the FinTech industry
• Excellent command of the English language 
• Computer literacy with very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
• People - oriented and results - driven
• Polite and pleasant personality
