Oradian is looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing Product Team, who will work with other Business and Product Analysts, reporting to the Product Team Lead. Main tasks include performing detailed requirements analyses, documenting processes and liaising with the QA analysts, within an Agile environment. You will be well versed in documenting requirements, you’ll be technical and business savvy, collaborative, and truly excited about the Oradian cloud-based offerings. To be successful in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
Applicants must have a strong understanding of SaaS businesses and microfinance, experience working hands-on with customers in different markets, jurisdictions and cultures, and effectively managing teams in a dynamic environment. This position requires up to 25% travel to customer and Oradian locations worldwide.
