We specialize in Managed Services adapted to the needs of our customers, SMEs of 50 to 500 employees.

We are looking for 2 profiles: 1 Technical Lead and 1 Technical Lead who spends 50% of his time on Project Management. You can find both descriptions below.
Technical Lead
- You are part of a team that is responsible for the installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of the servers and cloud environment of our customers
- You monitor the safety of our customers by monitoring and tightening security solutions
- You take care of the operational management of the servers of customers
- The realization of projects linked to server management, cloud migrations to Office 365 & Azure, the management of Windows, Hyper-V, Public Cloud and specific system applications
- You solve problems with system applications
- You follow up different projects of different clients from A to Z
- You ensure clear and timely communication with your customers
- You guide and support your colleagues from the Service Desk
Project Manager / Technical Lead
- You spend 50% of your time on project management, the other 50% do your technical work
- You are responsible for the preparation, implementation, supervision, follow-up and documenting projects at clients
- You are the central figure within the project and you coordinate and monitor the work carried out by the project employees
- You guide and support the project employees on a technical level
- You are responsible for communication with the customer during the project and ensure high customer satisfaction
- You work on different projects at the same time
- You pay attention to the needs of the customer and proactively formulate proposals for improvement
Your qualification
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a System Engineer
- You understand the business of the customer, see the needs, know how to formulate the right advice and realize the objectives. And this preferably within the predetermined timing and budgets
- You have experience in managing projects such as server migrations, virtualization, cloud transition, security and remote workplaces, preferably in a Microsoft environment
- You have a good knowledge of Micrososft Windows, Azure Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows Server
- You have enough technical knowledge to formulate the correct advice for customers with 50-500 IT users
- You have strong communication skills, you enjoy building long-term customer relationships and you are interested in the customer's business
- You have a sense of responsibility and you are customer and result oriented
- You work in a very autonomous way but you know when to coordinate with your colleagues
- You can delegate tasks and keep an overview and adjust or indent if necessary
- You are a team player and you guide and support your colleagues with constructive criticism and clear guidelines
- You are willing to perform occasional on-site support and consultancy assignments
- You speak and write Dutch and English fluently. French is a plus
- You are in possession of a driving license B
- In addition, passion and desire to learn quickly and a lot is especially important and you want to participate in a well-oiled team
