Description
Right now they are looking for a Senior JavaScript Developer being involved in the whole development life cycle (design, implementation, testing), working on cross-platform apps and develop new features.
Your qualification
- At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript
- Willingness to support the existing platform
- Good knowledge of React, Angular or similar
- A sense of responsibility and an independent way of working
- For self-learned developers, it is necessary to have experience in mobile development within a team
Will be a plus
- MS/BS in Computer Science
- Typescript
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks (Cordova, PhoneGap, Ionic)
- Experience in native mobile development (Objective-C, Kotlin, Java for Android)
- German language

Interview process:
- Intro call with Toughbyte
- Questionnaire is sent to a candidate (covers basic knowledge )
- HR Manager and Managing director run a remote interview (1 hr). HR Manager reaches out to the candidates directly
- Test assignment (takes around about 3 hrs and a week is given to complete the task). It is a mini-project which helps to check the coding skills in JS
- The Managing Director and Team Lead run a technical interview 1-2 hrs (including the code review from the task)
- The candidate comes for an on-site interview (cultural fit with the team). Currently, it is mostly conducted online
