Swat.io is a software-as-a-service product company in the social media marketing & community management space. 

Position

In this key role, you will define and own the technical strategy for the Swat.io and be leader, coach mentor and go-to-person on the team when it comes to coding and architectural direction of our software.

Your qualification

• Management skills that allow you to plan ahead, delegate tasks, and assign projects
• Not only the experience but also the excitement and passion for leading and coaching teams
• Project management skills that allow you to monitor the status of each project/release cycle to ensure that our product always meets release criteria
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• We're on the continuous path from old-school full-page reload to a single-page JS/API-infrastructure; Hands-on mentality and desire for steady change are a must
• Interest in continuous optimisation/further improvement of a product

Excellent knowledge in 

• TypeScript, React, MobX
• Testing with Jest
• HTML5, CSS-in-JS

Interest and/or experience in

• Social Media-Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, …)
• SaaS products

Bonus Skills

• Mobile Apps with React Native
