Position

Bwin (a part of GVC) is looking for a Senior. Net Web Developer to make things better for millions of sports betting and gaming customers worldwide. For the Good of Entertainment.

You are an experienced JavaScript developer, but can work in .Net just as well. Your world is TDD, SPA, MVC and OOP. You have several years of working experience, you are creative and innovative and do not take things for granted. You know that every specification can be improved. You know how to make application “fly” and understand what “mobile first” means. You are not afraid of big data and a large number of concurrent users.

We have some amazing projects to offer. You’ll build frontend web applications with us, for our sports betting products optimized for mobile and desktop clients. Our stack is built with Angular on top of an C# MVC application. We live in sprints and count in story points.

Your Arena:

• Agile Software design and development of highly available, performant, distributed & extensible web applications
• Work as part of a team that is young, dynamic, enthusiastic, full of ideas, fun and friendly
• Support other teams with integrations
• Collaborate with others to launch and operate software in production
• Troubleshoot and investigate problems and incidents

Your qualification

• Solid technical education (computer science, software engineering) or experience to compensate for it
• Experience building single page web applications
• Experience with HTML, CSS, XML is nice but HTML5, JSON and LESS are better
• Expertise in JS frameworks (Angular, React, Backbone…), but you can do it all in VanillaJS also
• Fluency in C# and usage of latest .Net framework
• Unit-testing frameworks
