Position

FireStart is looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner (f/m/d) to join our team in Vienna. You will be responsible for our dedicated and motivated cloud software team and work on developing our new cloud product. Currently, in MVP stage you can lead the product development and proactively bring in your ideas. You can expect a highly agile and ambitious environment with an open feedback culture and the desire to develop excellent software products.

You will...

• Support and accompany our biggest development team throughout the entire software development process of our cloud product
• Define user stories and be responsible for meeting the definition of ready and definition of done
• Make sure that only stories that meet the definition of Ready are included in the sprint
• Are the first contact person and moderator for the presentation of our successes in sprint reviews and product demos
• Act as an interface to internal stakeholders, ensuring product and requirements are fulfilled

Your qualification

• Have completed higher education (HTL, FH, or university), ideally with a focus on computer science
• Have experience as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar role required
• Understand the value for users behind every product increment
• Enjoy learning new technologies and working in an environment with an agile mindset and methods (Scrum, XP)
• Are a proactive team player with the ability to inspire his/her colleagues: communicative, structured, and reflective
• Are fluent in English, German or any other language is a bonus
