Linktree makes your online content more discoverable, easier to manage and more likely to convert.
We're a tool for connecting followers to your entire online world — not just one feed.
A Linktree not only points followers in the direction of your choosing — to your other social profiles, eCommerce store, or content you want to share — but it helps hold followers within your online ecosystem for longer. It allows users to share more, sell more, curate more and grow more.
QA and testing at Linktree is currently a responsibility shared amongst all of our Engineering team and everyone believes strongly in. Due to the growth (past and still to come) of our Engineering team, we are looking for someone to own this function and build out a team of specialists to improve our speed and reduce bugs in deployment.
You will audit our current ways of working and then architect and implement new processes and hire and manage a team of QA engineers. While you must have extensive QA experience and knowledge, this role has a large focus on people and stakeholder management. We are really looking for someone with an extremely high EQ that can make compelling business cases, collaborate with our Engineering leadership team and be a mentor and manager that the team loves to work with.
We have our current ways of testing and tool kit but would like this person to be tech / platform agnostic. How we run QA and what we use should be based on what is best for our business and product, not what is most popular.
Our company culture:
We hire with a people-first approach, so more importantly as a human, you will be collaborative, curious, enjoy solving complex problems and have empathy for the growing pains of a rapidly scaling startup.
Linktree's company culture and values are based around collaboration, diversity, inclusion, and flexibility. Those are all nice words but to give you some more specific examples:
The Linktree story:
The Linktree journey begins in 2016 when co-founders Alex, Anthony and Nick were running a digital agency and using Instagram to make announcements about the artists they managed. Created as a side hustle to solve a simple problem, Linktree has well outgrown its roots, with over 12 million users worldwide, 30,000 + new signups every day, and over 120 million unique views per month. Paired with rapid growth, Linktree has recently garnered much attention in the tech world, earning 4th place on Fast Company's "10 most innovative social media companies of 2020".
The Linktree audience is broad, spanning publications, artists, celebrities, fashion and beauty influencers, YouTube stars, sports teams and household brands, right the way through to individuals with a side hustle and micro-influencers. Linktree subscribers include TikTok, Facebook, ClassPass, Patreon, Zapier, Katy Perry, Selena Gomez, Pharrell, Jamie Oliver, HBO, Red Bull, Adult Swim, Cara Delevingne, Comedy Central, Gordon Ramsay, Billabong…and many more!
