Position

• Identify, track, and report key community activity, impact and health metrics. Use data to identify community trends, issues and to recommend tactics to increase engagement
• Create and nurture relationships with our regional Meetup Organizers
• Manage, grow and nurture our Community MVP Program
• Encourage our existing developer community to have more tangible engagement
• Grow community engagement with the product through various approaches, which could include speaking, attending/organizing events, participate in social media or online forum technical conversations, hackathons, contests, awards, etc.
• Manage our developer-facing social media channels
• Foster connections between community members and encourage them to support and mentor one another

Your qualification

• You have 2+ years experience as a Developer Evangelist, Community Manager or similar role
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with JavaScript and Node JS, and integrating with external REST APIs
• Proven experience working remotely and staying productive across time zones
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit. You thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment

• You are self-motivated: You can work with a minimum of supervision and be capable of strategically prioritizing multiple tasks in a proactive manner
