Position

Within this domain Corebank system, Profile, plays a crucial role and is the heart of ING. The Profile application is processing millions of transactions every day. You will be working within one of the ten Dev Ops teams (Squads), CoreBank. The department is working in a Dev Ops manner, where Scrum/Agile method and Continuous Delivery practices are very important. As a Dev Engineer you be responsible for implementing new features, design, build, test and deploy. We release several times a week, but perhaps you can help us with automating the pipeline?

Your qualification

You have an awesome personality
You have at least five years of experience of Engineer
You have experience in object oriented programming, preferable Java
You are familiar with container-based development environments such as Docker
You enjoy to come up with solutions in new technologies
You have experience in coaching other Engineers
You have experience with working in a complex and challenging IT environment where continuity matters
You have experience in an Agile/Scrum/Dev/Ops team
You know toolings such as Eclipse, GIT, Nolio, Jenkins, Artifactory
You are a teamplayer and a true professional in every way
You handle production support issues as they arise
You have a getting-things-done mentality
You speak up, are transparent and not shy to confront somebody
