About Creditas

Creditas is a digital lending platform focused on secured lending. Headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, We are tackling the high borrowing cost problem of the Brazilian population by reinventing the secured lending experience using technology and data as efficiency drivers. We fund our customer loans both through investors and financial institutions, in a win-win partnership that provides efficiency for the entire industry. Core products include a version of home equity and auto loans, in which the borrowers offer their residences or vehicles as a collateral for a first-lien lending product.

Our Product Technology Team

By joining the Creditas Product development, you will be joining one of the most recognized and innovative fintech in Latin America and a team of talented technology professionals that are passionate about disrupting the credit market and its applications.

You will be contributing to develop an Open Banking digital lending platform and a Marketplace of products and services that matches providers and consumers with the efficiency of transparent credit and personalized financing capabilities.

Your qualification

• You are a proven and established leader with strong technical skills and experience building distributed systems and digital experiences
• Guarantee all the technical solutions are aligned with the business strategy
• Predict possible technical problems and suggest alternatives to avoid them
• You are responsible for technical development of your team, suggesting and planning challenges POCs to bring new technologies
• Guarantee execution and results efficiency to optimize processes to remove bottlenecks
• Open and transparent communication, making the team aware of problems as soon as they arise
• Experience at least one of our stack languages: Python, Ruby and Kotlin
• Ability and concern for technical excellence 
• Familiarity with agility
• Experience with writing and maintenance of tests (unitary and integrated)
• Active participation in Technology communities (meetups, lectures, events, tech talks) is a differential
