About Creditas

Creditas is a digital lending platform focused on secured lending. Headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, We are tackling the high borrowing cost problem of the Brazilian population by reinventing the secured lending experience using technology and data as efficiency drivers. We fund our customer loans both through investors and financial institutions, in a win-win partnership that provides efficiency for the entire industry. Core products include a version of home equity and auto loans, in which the borrowers offer their residences or vehicles as a collateral for a first-lien lending product.

By joining the Creditas Product development, you will be joining one of the most recognized and innovative fintech in Latin America and a team of talented technology professionals that are passionate about disrupting the credit market and its applications.

You will be responsible for:

• vision, strategy, definition and execution of all initiatives to deliver a unique experience with a marketplace of high value product and services integrated with our digital lending platform
• You will be responsible for understanding and anticipating the customer needs in a two-sided engagement model. It is a cross functional role that interacts with the product managers and stakeholders of the lending platform

Our challenge

Product Manager will develop the product vision and the roadmap to achieve it together with a set of metrics that will validate its success and drive its growth.

You will work very closely with the Technology Team to engage, collaborate, and communicate as one.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, research, design, development and launch of user-centric products
• Understand user needs and gather product requirements
• Identify market opportunities and establish a shared product vision and strategy for your product area
• Build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners (Customer Success, Operations, etc.) and Leadership/Executive team
• Develop the product roadmap and build consensus on prioritization which drives product execution
• Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & health
• Drive product development with a world-class team of Engineers, Designers and Data Scientists

Your qualification

• 5-8 years of product management experience
• Demonstrated track record of product leadership
• Ability to process and manage technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
• You are results driven and have demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinking paired with strong tactical execution
• Ability to articulate vision, inspire and lead the teams around you
