• Carry out research to make data-informed product decisions
• Prioritize for the win, and help create a solid product roadmap 
• Balance the needs of our customers, UX guidelines, and technical constraints

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in technology all backgrounds are welcome
• 7+ years experience as a Technical Product Manager in a fast-moving internet company
• Experience driving product initiatives to successful completion, resulting in business impact
• Experience making hard, data-informed decisions (incl. AB testing, User Testing, Analytics, Market Research, Competitor Analysis, Defining Metrics)
• You’ve got experience working with technical B2C products
• You’ve got experience working with agile methodology
• You can make fast decisions and own them
• You concentrate on the details with the bigger picture in mind
• You vacuum up data, understand it, learn from it, and share it
• You’re a person who likes people
• You champion teamwork instinctively
