Position

We are looking for a talented UX Writer to join our Product Marketing team and help shape seamless, user-friendly experiences for our customers. In this role, you will craft clear, concise, and impactful content to enhance our digital products. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in building trust, simplifying complex financial concepts, and guiding users as they interact with our services.

What you’ll do

Content Strategy and Creation

• Develop and maintain tone, voice, and style guidelines for SeQura’s digital products.

• Write and edit microcopy, including user flows, error messages, tooltips, buttons, and onboarding instructions.

• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure copy aligns with the overall UX strategy.

• Partner with localization teams to adapt content for global markets.

• Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences, and incorporate insights into your writing.

Your qualification

• A strong portfolio showcasing impactful UX writing for digital products.

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Strategist, or in a similar role.

• Native Spanish speaker with excellent proficiency in English.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

• Familiarity with Figma and a deep understanding of design-thinking principles.

• A passion for creating user-centered solutions that simplify complex topics.
