Position

As a monetization manager, your primary responsibility is to drive cost-effective revenue growth through partner acquisition. You will also enhance partner value with traffic sales and have a solid understanding of marketing-related analytics.

You Will:

• Refine and execute acquisition strategy including innovation and expansion into new channels for revenue
• Build relationships with high-value marketing partners
• Spearhead negotiation of commercial terms with partners and advertisers
• Partner effectively with other functional areas such as technology, product, design, data science, finance and sales to achieve company goals
• Communicate proactively by transparency around marketing initiatives, outcomes and drive related improvements
• Enhance teamwork, set clear direction, priorities and represent the monetization team across the business

Your qualification

• Experience in the industry and in a similar role
• Affiliate marketing experience including commercial negotiation
• Mobile (ideally browser-based) acquisition marketing knowledge
• Sales shark with great abilities to network
• You can negotiate commercials and manage large partner accounts, major traffic networks and media brokers
• Strong understanding of revenue KPIs and how to drive improvements to them
• Experience in the global market either within the FMCG or within the on-demand services industry
• Fluent in English
