Position

To ensure Glovo it’s offering a top service, we have to provide our glovers and partners with the necessary tools and resources. With our expansion to LatAm, and continuous growth in Europe and North Africa, we need someone to lead the Supply Chain & Procurement department.

As a Head of Supply and Procurement.

You Will:

• Define and implement Supply Chain long-term objectives and strategy: Organization, Processes, Systems etc
• Have responsibility together with the finance team on Global Supply Chain Budget, Working Capital, and capex
• Owner of the Supply Chain key metrics and costs: Lead time, stock-out%, Unit cost, Warehousing, and distribution cost, etc
• Lead continuous improvements in the supply chain department: Global sourcing, optimizing logistics and warehousing costs
• Aim for partners and glovers products excellence working closely with tech and marketing team
• Deal with C-Level as part of your day-to-day job

Your qualification

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in regular Supply Chain Management activities and know-how: Planning & Forecasting, negotiations, sourcing, cost reduction, vendor mitigation risks, etc
• Experience in projects involving Tech department (integrations, product development, etc.)
• Operations mindset: you’re always looking to optimize and implement new processes
• Strong sales and communication abilities and capability to drive change
• Professional English
