Position

eDreams ODIGEO is looking for a passionate senior Android Software Developer who focuses on code quality and clean architecture and wants to shape the way people travel.

With our top-rated apps, at eDreams ODIGEO we power more than 60 millions of searches and combine more than 600 airlines and 100.000 flights worldwide every day into billions of potential combinations, helping find our users the very best travel deals.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where you will influence product and technical decisions on a day-to-day basis. We believe in full end to end ownership of results and empower our teams to drive their own decisions for the benefit of the customer and our business, iterating fast to continuously learn and improve.

Responsibilities:

• Build a single core application for all the different eDreams ODIGEO brands
• Join a multi-functional team using Kanban agile methodology
• Be part on the ideation and development of the new features using Kotlin
• Decide with your team members about architecture and good practices
• Work with integration tools to speed up the new features development

Your qualification

• Experienced and passionate Android developer focused on code quality and clean architectures
• You care about customer experience
• You take initiative, are self-starter and speak up with new ideas
• Excited about Kotlin
• Can't imagine a piece of code without test
• Have a challenging mindset
• Suggest creative alternatives to deliver solutions
• You are excited to use English every day with a talented, diverse and multicultural team

Will be a plus

• Curiosity about functional programming
• Knowledge about Espresso and Behaviour Driven Development 
• Experience with Continuous Integration
