Position

• Act as the single entry gate to Grab's backend infrastructure for any kind of apps (mobile, webapp, server to server APIs)
• Work closely with the product teams to support them building with the right protocol, technology and patterns
• Architect the public facade of Grab's backend infrastructure, enable "any protocol, any app"
• Mentor junior peers and promote development and operational excellence best practices

Your qualification

• Experience building highly-available distributed systems
• Very strong networking fundamentals
• Built several large scale mobile and public APIs
• Experience with IAAS providers and their limitations (AWS)
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience
