Position

BandLab is looking for a web developer who has experience building desktop applications with web technologies. The ideal candidate will know how to hit deadlines, ask questions and thrive in a fast-paced iterative engineering environment and have the ability to think strategically about embracing the upcoming web technologies.

Responsibilities:

Develop BandLab desktop applications
Work with UI/UX designers to implement changes and new features
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing codes
Participate in code reviews
Maintain build tools and CI/CD
Monitor application stability and security

Your qualification

Fluent in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Experience with developing Electron applications for Windows and macOS
Experience with integrating native modules in Node.js applications
Willingness to learn in depth: Git, Vue.js, SCSS and Node.js runtime
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
Strong knowledge about web performances
Advanced usage of debugging and profiling tools
Understanding of the current state of front-end tooling
