Position
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support our growth trajectory and ensure we identify, develop relationships with, hire the best talent and help the team hit its ambitious goals. From sourcing and screening to crafting long-term consultative partnerships with our tech teams, this role will be key to driving the expansion and growth of our team globally.
Your qualification
You believe that candidate experience starts from the first email, and recruiters are the arbitrators of a "candidate-first" philosophy. You are able to strike the right balance between volume and quality, and take pride in every hire and the results they produce.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about working for a mission-based company looking to change the world
- Strong understanding and curiosity of the current technology landscape
- Has worked for a high-growth tech company, experienced in hiring tech and product engineering talent with an emphasis on sourcing passive candidates for high-priority, complex roles
- 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience as an internal technical recruiter (software engineering and product)
- A consultative mindset to diagnose challenges and problem solve, empathetic and determined
- A high degree of emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and tactical empathy
- A desire to be part of a Talent Acquisition function, constantly iterating and trying to improve every aspect within it; an interest to get involved in additional projects focusing on employer branding and our data infrastructure
- Fluent English
