Main requirements
Who are you as a Senior Hardware Engineer?
- Have at least 5 years of professional experience
- Have a successful track record in high-tech hardware development projects
- You are a high-level conceptual thinker: a trusted sparring partner to peers and systems architects of our customers and other parties involved, but still, be able to translate the concepts to our team
- Proficient in system requirement capturing and translation into hardware design architecture
- Experience in testing and integration
- Experience with schematic design & capture
- Knowledge of PCB design & routing
- Detail orientated and practical hands-on hardware experience
- You have extensive knowledge and experience in high-speed, low-power designs, combining FPGAs with ARM microprocessors, DDR4 memories, fast ADCs and radio modules such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
- You have worked with tools such as Mentor Graphics Xpedition, Altium Designer, HyperLynx
- Be able to take the lead role in designing complex hardware development projects
- You are used to working in a structured (ISO-13485) development process and can prioritize multiple projects and clients
- Possess a can-do attitude and motivator for a team of likeminded peers
- Have excellent English language skills, additional Dutch skills are strongly preferred
- Lives in (or willing to relocate to) the Eindhoven area or within reasonable commuting distance
- A Master or Bachelor degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
