With us, you will...

• Lead and provide technical direction for 4-8 engineers
• Actively participate in coding and code reviews
• Develop a technical roadmap, setting the vision and architectural direction for the team
• Evaluate and mentor developers
• Be part of business feature development
• Comply with, communicate and help enforcing of standard policies and procedures
• Apply significant knowledge of industry standards and best practicies Identify technical debts and apply effective solutions

Your qualification

• Practical experience as Backend Developer in PHP (5+ years)
• Experience with API development and clean code principles
• Proficiency in OOP and design patterns
• Experience in CI/CD methods and practices
• Long life-cycle application development (evolution of applications)
• Experience working with distributed and parallel systems and web applications
• An aptitude in enhancing your skills and researching into the latest technologies
• Experience in any other Web Development technology
• Experience working with high-availability, high-performance, scalable systems
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience with payment systems (would be a great asset)
• Solid organizational skills and ability to analyze various inputs to help prioritize work
• Good communication skills in English, being able to collaborate with remote teams
• Ability to communicate effectively to different levels of the organizational roles
• Understand the benefits of the various programming languages
• Experience in team management or eager to learn it
• Disciplined work mentality
