As a leader within our Network Pricing Analytics team, you'll help with setting effective drug pricing within our provider networks to meet client and pharmacy contract guarantees through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis and reporting. Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of data analytics experts and agile product owners focused on developing, maintaining and enhancing the network pricing infrastructure, from SOT data capture through to pricing models
- Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for these products, including detailing ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ process flows
- Work back from detailed plan to high level updates to senior leadership
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in IT and the business
- Evolve the partnership model with IT
- Work to size capital budget requirements for different forecast cycles
- Implement governance processes for backlog intake, productions releases, update SLA’s and status reporting
- Partner with key stakeholders from Network Pricing Analytics, Pharmacy & Client Contract Management, Operations and IT on solution design and task prioritisation
- Influence leadership decisions that impact business direction on pricing initiatives
- Support in broader Ireland RX growth opportunities
Your qualification
- Experience leading solution delivery (especially requirements, design and testing)
- Experience managing peoples work
- Experience with financial forecasting
- Very comfortable with change and ambiguity given the ever-evolving nature of the business
- Strong communication skills, able to work with stakeholders from multiple levels and disciplines
- Demonstrable experience leading analytics projects, with accountability of work to senior management level stakeholders
- Undergraduate degree in a numerical subject (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in a technical discipline
- Experience with advanced analytical modelling, time-series forecasting, rationales
- Experience working with large volumes of transactional data
- Experience working in industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Banking or Telco
