As a Principal Data Analyst, you’ll help with advancing our solutions for Pharma Services. You will play an integral part in ensuring the Data Integrity & Data Quality of the product offerings. You will be joining a highly collaborative and fast-paced agile team.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead solution delivery projects; ensuring the delivery of robust, sustainable, and scalable solutions, while engaging with IT and business partners
- Own and maintain in house analytics solutions and reporting
- Complete tasks as appropriate in support of Data Operations which are aligned to Pharma Services offerings
- Support the development of new concepts, technologies, and products to meet emerging customer requirements
- Support Product Owner with data analytics required to inform and generate clear, concise, and robust business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to perform data analysis that will drive business decisions
- Communicate with a broad range of stakeholders and influence senior management decisions which impact business direction
- Collaborate with broader Business Intelligence, Data Science, Development and Data Engineering teams to ensure robust end-to-end analytic solution development
- Lead and implement best practices for Data Operations, Data Quality and Governance
- Develop and maintain documentation that chronicles processes related to analytic activities and associated results
Your qualification
- Significant experience in analytical roles (e.g., business analysis, data science, data analytics)
- Experience with providing data analytics to facilitate the generation of business requirements, technical documentation, test plans etc.
- Experience performing statistical data analysis on large scale data sets
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification in a numerical subject (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics)
- Technical experience in SQL and MS Excel
- Technical experience with database technologies (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, DB2)
- Data visualization experience with Tableau, PowerBI (or similar)
- Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders from multiple levels and disciplines
- Hybrid working: The ability to work a portion of monthly work hours from our Dublin office as required
Will be a plus
- Experience working as part of an agile delivery model
- Experience working with transactional data in industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Banking or Telco
- Computer science qualification or experience
