Position
- Reporting to the Product Owner and Senior Developer, you will use agile / scrum methodologies to complete technical tasks as part of the overall delivery of product features
- Perform support and development tasks on Magento eCommerce Platform
- Debug issues and bugs using debugging tools
- Create, document and implement unit tests and scripts
- Collaborate with colleagues from Design, Marketing, Development, Support and DevOps, clients and 3rd party service providers to develop new ways to enhance website functionality and conversion
Your qualification
- Good programming skills in core PHP is required
- Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
- Knowledge of Git, MySQL, Nginx, Javascript and CSS (SASS and LESS)
- Ability to debug PHP application (Xdebug, Profiler and others)
- Knowledge of one PHP Frameworks is required (e.g. Laravel, Symfony, Zend)
- Development following PHP coding standards (PSR)
- Must have a good command of written & verbal English
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and improve technical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A team player who can work in multinational, cross-functional teams
Will be a plus
- Knowledge of Docker or Vagrant
- Experience with NoSQL databases and queue systems (e.g. Elasticsearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, etc.)
- Experience with Magento 1.x and 2.x (CE and EE)
