Position

Fresenius Medical Care is looking for Software Test Engineer for system integration and software tests medical engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Within the scope of our software development activities for medical systems, you come into play with your extensive know-how
• You will design and create software unit tests 
• You will be instrumental in developing software for automated test environments (software/hardware in the loop) 
• Develop test plans and test cases and carry out test cases within the scope of software and device function testing

Your qualification

• A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent is a good basis (but not a must-have)
• 3 years of professional experience in software testing are a good basis for our future work relationship
• You are well-versed in C / C++ regarding embedded systems and other platforms, XML, Perl, Python, Windows and Linux
• Knowledge in production and performance of test cases in the context of verification
• Well-founded knowledge in agile software approaches, preferably SCRUM, is desired
• Good command of English and fluent command of German, both written and spoken
