Your future team

• The Partner Inventory department is a highly international team of 30+ people covering the whole value chain from partner acquisition to onboarding and optimization
• As part of the department, the Technical Account Management team is bridging the business and tech worlds, both internally and externally 
• Together with Product Managers, developers, business colleagues and your team of 4 Technical Account Managers you will provide the best experience for our colleagues, partners and travelers

Your role in this journey

• Build, coach and lead your team to world-class results, with a strong focus on project management, technical understanding, business acumen and account management efficiency
• Shape your team culture by organizing gamifications, team events, etc.
• Identify process improvements, knowledge gaps and come up with a plan to improve the situation
• Ensure your team is equipped with the best possible tooling by coordinating with the different teams to design a tooling landscape
• Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on business priorities and cascade them to the different involved teams
• Your end mission is to contribute to increased data quality and performance of Holidu's partner inventory, by onboarding new partners through either their API or our own API or by optimizing existing integrations 
• Use our different internal and externals tools, e.g. IntelliJ, MongoDB, Kibana, JIRA, Confluence to manage projects and investigate incidents
• Ensure partners satisfaction by connecting their business requirements with technical solutions

Your qualification

• Experience as a technical account manager, QA manager, or developer
• Experience working with API integrations (ie. JSON, XML)
• Love and great understanding of technology and system integrations 
• High attention to detail and customer centric
• Professional communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical counterparts in partner companies
• Creative and team-oriented mindset and curiosity to learn new things 
• You should love solving problems and strive to deliver high data quality to users
• A strong analytical and data-driven mindset to continuously optimize our approach towards inventory
• A keen ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members
