Position

As an IT system administrator, you will be jointly responsible for supporting our diverse system and network environment. In addition to operational business, you can apply your experience and creativity to the design and development of environments. Using modern tools and devising solution to automate work procedures will always be a key aspect of your work.

You will be part of a young, dynamic team with flat hierarchies.

Your job as IT System Administrator

• Administration of the diverse internal system environments and the associated network components
• Operational support for our cloud environments (SaaS, AWS, ...)
• Design and participation in the development of internal IT concepts, architectures and continuous deployment solutions
• Management of service providers
• Continuous error analysis, including documentation, evaluation and implementation of possible solutions

Your qualification

• Vocational training in IT or comparable studies
• At least five years of relevant professional experience
• Good knowledge of networks/firewalls
• Sound knowledge of Unix/Linux system environments
• Good knowledge of scripting (e.g. Python, Bash, ...)
• Ideally, experience in automation (e.g. Ansible, ...)
• Strong communication skills (in German and English) with internal and external contacts
• Conceptual, analytical mindset and enthusiasm for solving complex problems
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, precision and ability to work independently
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
