Position

Our Engineering team in Hamburg is built of a Software Development team and a R&D team.

The R&D team studies business and technical problems, builds prototypes and validates or falsifies hypothesis. The Software Development team then builds the feature either based on the prototype or from the ground up.

Engineers can switch between the teams, propose their own features and build prototypes.

We solely hire full stack engineers to foster a culture of trial and error in rapid prototyping.

Our stack includes but is not limited (due to our micro service set up) python on a falcon framework and react.js

We have a lot of challenges in UX, data engineering and cross country distribution that just wait to be tackled by smart engineers with a drive to take ownership - without nagging business people or product managers.
