Position

WorkGenius is looking for a Front End Developer who can master HTML, CSS and ReactJS to develop effective user interfaces on the company website and product released to our B2B customers. The successful candidate will work closely with our web development and software design teams to update the website and internal web tools to make them more efficient and user-friendly as WorkGenius is a leading marketplace to get access to a world-class digital workforce. The Frontend developer will also be responsible for creating innovative solutions to web design issues to help make the website more visually appealing and enhance usability.

• Implement great web design to ensure that WorkGenius renders well across multiple devices
• Design a framework for creating new features that grow with the needs of the international expansion
• Monitor website performance, watch for traffic drops related to site usability problems and rectify the issues
• Review new development and feature coding and plan future website upgrades with the development team and the product owners

Your qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years’ web development experience required
• Experience with agile environment and startups
• Strong knowledge of web development tools and programming languages such as HTML, CSS and ReactJS
